Sherborne Got Talent

Sherborne School Jeddah celebrated the Grand Final of Sherborne's Got Talent, the very first event to be held in our brand-new auditorium, with eight finalists from FS to Year 7 taking to the stage.

After weeks of auditions and semi-finals, the much-awaited Grand Final of Sherborne's Got Talent brought our school community together for an unforgettable evening, and a particularly special one, marking the first event ever to be held in our brand-new auditorium.

From music and dance to gymnastics, drama and even Rubik's Cube mastery, our eight finalists showcased an extraordinary range of talents. The parents of our finalists joined us for the celebration, filling the auditorium with warmth and pride, and the atmosphere was electric from the first performance to the last.

Our judges, Mr Andrew, Ms Ghadeer, Mr James and Ms Ellen, had the difficult task of selecting winners across four categories. After much deliberation, the results were announced:

๐Ÿ‘ Audience Favourite: Iyad (Year 3)

๐ŸŒŸ Best Young Performer: Helena (Year 2)

๐Ÿฅˆ Runners-up: Elana (Year 4), Hanan (Year 5) and Anissa (Year 4)

๐Ÿ† Winners: Sama and Ayesha (Year 7)

A heartfelt thank you to Ms Sophie for organising such a memorable event, to our IT Officer Ms Eman for her work behind the scenes, and to all the staff who helped make it such a success.

What made the evening so special was not the talent alone, but the courage behind it. It takes something real to step into the spotlight, to be seen and to be heard, and every child who performed did so with confidence and conviction. This is the essence of a Sherborne education, where children are encouraged to take risks, to persevere and to believe in what they are capable.

Congratulations to all our finalists and winners. We could not be prouder of every pupil who took part.
